A monitoring program installed on your computer runs continuously and will send alerts when problems are found. This allows us to advise you on appropriate actions to take and prevents problems from getting worse.

Once a week, we will run our computer cleanup process that will keep your system running at peak performance. This process removes temporary files, defragments your hard drive when necessary and runs spyware scans. We will schedule this process to run when you are not using your computer.

We will provide a business class anti-virus at no extra cost. We will make sure that your anti-virus software is working properly and that the virus definitions are up to date. We will proactively monitor your system for any viruses, spyware and malware activity.

80% of the problems we find can be resolved remotely at a discounted price. You will NOT need to schedule an appointment or wait the travel time, saving you time and money – and your problem will be resolved much more quickly.

Our service will regularly scan your computer and available patches, installing any that are missing and alerting us to patches that do not install properly. Keeping patches up to date will keep your computer safe from security threats.

Should your computer be lost or stolen, simply notify our office. We will immediately check to see if it is connected to the internet and/or set alerts so we will be notified when it connects. When it does, we will have connection information that can be used by law enforcement to locate your computer.
