Offsite Protects Against Fire, Flood and Burglary
Your data will be sent to our offsite data center for safe keeping. In the event that you have a disaster, your data will still be recoverable. Only critical data, such as documents and pictures will be sent offsite. We will work with you to identify the critical data to be backed up.
Backups Monitored for Successful Operation
Once the backups are running, we will monitor them to make sure they’re completing successfully. If any problems are found, you will be notified immediately.
File Restores Included
If you should need to have a file or files restored, we have documentation on how to restore the files or we can assist with the restore process.
Data Backed Up to Drive Attached to Your Computer or Network (option, additional fees may apply)
Data will be backed up locally to a drive that is attached to your computer, or to your network if you have multiple computers. Shoreline IT technicians will determine an appropriate drive for your situation.
Full Image Backup Onsite or offsite (option, additional fees may apply)
Our system will capture a complete image of your system at regular intervals. This backup will capture all of your programs and data and can be used to completely restore your system should you experience a hard drive failure.
